Uh, it usually gets *warmer* after sunrise ... as for leaving, I was willing
to stay but the other half was exhausted (we got there at 5 PM, I think
nearly 13 hours standing is enough for most anyone). Plus, like I said, The
Orb were annoying me. Making us wait at least an hour before they came on
like Prima Donas was bad enough; but aimlessly wanking about for eons between
actual "songs" (sometimes the between-track noise could have been called
"Sounds from runway 4-R, 120 db") was a little too much for me after a while.

Wimpiness has nothing to do with the drive. If I go to an all-night event
in shorts and a t-shirt and never need to put on a sweater or a pullover
(much less long pants), I hardly think that qualifies as "cold". It's not
like as if there were ski parkas, gloves and ear muffs bustin' out all over,
y'know? :-)
